Walking is the central movement of LOTSWS — but not aggressive or punishing. LOTSWS walking improves:

  • circulation and blood warmth
  • stress release and emotional balance
  • hydration flow throughout the body
  • sleep cycles and evening calm
  • sexual vitality and pelvic circulation

The goal is cumulative steps throughout the day, not long punishing sessions.

Simple LOTSWS walking rhythm:

  • Short walks after hydration
  • 500–1,000 step resets during computer or sitting work
  • Evening decompression walk to release adrenaline
  • Gentle pace, focus on breathing and posture

Walking is how your inner soil moves water, minerals, and energy.


LOTSWS Breathwork Protocol

Breathwork in LOTSWS releases adrenaline, softens nerve signals, and supports circulation. This is one of the most powerful tools in your entire system.

  • Slow nasal breathing (10–20 breaths)
  • Long exhale breathing (4 seconds in, 6–8 seconds out)
  • Adrenaline reset breath (inhale → long exhale → pause)
  • Walking breath (inhale 3 steps, exhale 4 steps)

When breath and walking combine, your inner soil shifts quickly.


LOTSWS Balance & Strength Protocol

LOTSWS uses short, sustainable micro-strength work to activate muscles, balance nerves, and support circulation.

Balance work:

  • walking a straight line (“soil beam” walking)
  • gentle side-to-side shifts
  • controlled stepping patterns

Strength work:

  • slow pushups (even wall pushups)
  • chin-up holds (even partial angles)
  • light squats or chair stands
  • gentle back-chain activation
